    Page Numbering (Word 2002)

I'm creating a booklet of recipes. I open a blank Document (change it to landscape) and add two columns on the page. Pge two do the same thing (two columns). When I print the document it will be double sided. How do I set up the pages numbers so they come out in corect order? I currently have 10 double sided pages and need to add page numbers.

For columns that will become the odd pages, use { =2*{ page } -1 }. For columns that will become even pages, use { =2*{ page } }. The curly brackets are inserted with Ctrl+F9, not typed. You can insert one on the left side of the header/footer & tab twice & insert the other on the right side of the header/footer.
    Cheers,

In Word 2002, Microsoft added a "booklet" feature. If you search booklet in Help, you will find directions there on how to set it up. I suggest you try it with a copy of your document, just in case it doesn't work out so well. I haven't had an opportunity to try it myself.
