Send and Receive with Outlook 2003 (OT 2000 and >)

OK I have my users complaining about how Outlook has a Send and Receive function, and since they don't use the Send functions, they don't want it to be there.

What can I do to make the Send and Receive act as only a Receive? All settings I have seen only pair Send and Receive and there is no way that I could find to just say Receive and don't send...

What's the problem? If they never send anything, the function of Send and Receive <big><big>is</big></big> only to receive. If they don't like the caption, they can change by selecting Tools | Customize..., then right-clicking the Send and Receive button.
Of course, they'll come complaining to you when they do want to send anything.

Why not just remove the button altogether? I have zero use for Send/Receive on my desktop PC at the office and I was tired of looking at it, so I deleted it.
