    Pro Book Recommendation (Pro)

I used to do PC admin for a smaller company back in the Windows 95/98 days. I would like to come back up to speed on XP. I've accumulated Windows XP Timesaving Techniques and Windows XP All in One Desk Reference from our esteemed host (I started with his MOM book - FANTASTIC). I also have Windows XP Hacks from O'Reilly.

Can someone recommend a good basic admin book that would cover things like policies to lock out users from installing new software and automating patch application and the like. I'm looking for a good basics, not a bible to study for the MSCE. The books I've listed are great, but they seem geared to the individual user, not someone trying to administer 60 or 70 machines for a small company.

A lot of the lockdown settings now are administered through Active Directory and Group Policy. I don't know if books on XP will cover that, but a book on Windows 2000 Server, Windows .NET Server, or Windows 2003 Server should provide an overview.

Those are good ideas, but these books cover this subject well:
