    USB missing

Somehow my USB port has become inactive in Win 98SE on generic Pent 3,500mhz. Have reloaded Win 98SE. What can I do?

I would suggest going into the BIOS set-up settings and making sure the USB is turned on. You might also go into CONTROL PANEL and then to SYSTEM, DEVICE MANAGER and check for any yellow circled exclamation points at the USB entry.

Thanks for the bios idea. Yes, there's an exclamation point at the usb listing in device manager.
