    GroupFooter (2002)

I have a groupfooter that I would like to print with the detail section. If there's not enough room on the current page to print both the detail and footer, then I want it to print on the next page. It is possible that the detail section alone could span multiple pages by itself, the groupfooter should still print after the detail. I created the groupfooter because that section may be hidden based on a check box from the calling form. Also, the last field in the detail section is a text box that can grow. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks...

You can set the Keep Together property of the group to Whole Group. However, if the detail section spans several pages, the idea becomes meaningless. I don't understand what you want to happen in that case (the group footer will be displayed/printed after the detail sections in any case).

    Hans,

I reread your suggestions from one of my earlier posts, I wasn't using the group headers and footers correctly. It works perfectly now. Bad post on my part, I should have thought it through a little more.

    Thanks...
