    Cleaning My Calendar (Outlook 2002)

As folks set-up appointments in my calendar they invariably attach documents, spreadsheets, powerpoint presentations, etc... This has got to be eating my available user space like crazy. How might one clean/purge such stuff from a calendar without having to individually visit each past appointment.

It depends on how often you need to refer to old calendar information. I personally rarely have to refer to old calendar stuff, about every quarter I archive everything in my calendar that is older than about three months. If there are a lot of attachments, you might use a tabular calendar view of the appointments, sort by attachments and attachment size, and save any attachments you may need in the future.
