Question: how do you know for certain that it is a spyware DLL file?
To be able to delete it, you must first identify and kill the process that is using it. Check Task Manager for anything untoward running that may be calling this DLL. You can also use a tool such as Process Explorer to identify the calling program.

I know it is spyware because of the information contained in the file attached...
I appreciate your refering me to Process Explorer which seems to be a great utility for finding out what is going on in my system. I was able to delete the file and its related .ini files. Thanx for your help. (' <img src=/S/thankyou.gif border=0 alt=thankyou width=40 height=15> ')
Glad to help! No attachment, but none necessary - I trust your judgement when it comes to your own PC.
