Rules depending on Account (OT 2000 and >)

     Loungers

OK this maybe hard to explain, but lets try:

I have multiple e-mail accounts that I am using Outlook 2003 to gather.

I have 2 Yahoo accounts, 2 Hotmail accounts and several other different ISPs accounts.

Is there a way to color the messages that are coming from one Yahoo account, say with Red, and then the other Yahoo account will be Teal, and one Hotmail account will be Blue, and the other will be Purple.

Now some messages are coming to my Yahoo account via Yahoo Groups, so the group e-mail address will be the From and To usually, rather than mine.

But these filters should be based on what e-mail Inbox the messages was downloaded from, not the sender or the recipient per ce.

    Thanks for any ideas.

Have you tried setting up a custom View for Each Account?
    1.
Set up a Contact for each of your email addresses
View|Arrange By|Current View|Define Views
Copy an existing View and give it a meaningful name
Modify|Automatic Formatting|Add - give it a meaningful name
Use Font to set the appearance and colour
Use Condition|Sent To to locate the Contact address you set up in Step 1
