    Editing the Filters.txt file (2000)

Is it possible to edit the word filters in Outlook, and if so, how do I do that? We are getting so much spam here in the office that just turning on Junk email filters is not enough. I would like Outlook to look for proper nouns (** Spam post - please alert a Moderator **)! Thanks for any help!

You can create a rule that will search for a text string in the message subject and/or body, would that suit your needs?

Great! Remember that you can also use that rule option to sort incoming messages. Woody's Watch is a great example; each issue has the text W-O-O-D-Y-S-W-A-T-C-H for that very reason.
