Outlook 2003 windows (Office Prof 2003)

In office 2003 when I add or delete or just open a NOTE, and then go to close outlook I get an error message "one or more parameter values are not valid" see print screen graphic.
I say okay and it seems to save everything and reopen okay.
I created a new profile and imported all data into the new profile and still same problem. I reinstalled and no help.
Any suggestions as to what is causing this.

Found this on KB, it is for Outlook 2002, but usually MS does not fix all bugs from prior versions. Hope this helps...

I did this all ready and it cured other things but did NOT fix the problem with "notes" area.
    Thanks
