Display the ruler (View | Ruler), and drag the left margin and indentation margin to the left.

PPoint Notes page big indentation? (XP SP-1)

    Hello,

As per the screenshot in print preview, you can see 2 problems:

    1. a big space on the left of the text area. I have already left justified it, but can't seem to fix the problem there.
    2. after the first line for each point, all of the paragraph is indented

Pls. tell me how I can fix these 2 problems.

    Thankyou very much.

I deleted your screenshot because it was WAY WAY too big.

Let me remind you that the purpose of this lounge is NOT to replace your help (F1) button, nor is it to replace your documentation.

It's purpose is for genuine users who have genuine problems to ask genuine questions who will be answered by other users.

In most cases, once a visitor to this lounge has received an answer to a REAL problem, that visitor acknowledges the help by means of thanking/confirming that the solution worked.

I sure would like to see you follow that path !

In other words, rather than just sucking this room dry, contribute to it as well !
    Cheers, Claude.
