Take a look at this: http://winpopup-xp.com/net-send-for-windows-98.html

Will this work, or are you looking for a native Windows 98 utility?

Does WinPopup fit the bill? Or do you want a command-line tool? There is no native command line utility that I am aware of, or if there is, I have long since forgotten it. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
