    Blanks in crosstab

Is there an easy way to fill in blank cells in crosstab queries with zeros?

    Thanks!

    Re: Blanks in crosstab

If you mean in the crosstab query itself, the answer is no. The blank fields don't represent null values, they represent missing values, so there isn't any simple way to insert zeros. However, if you use the crosstab as the basis for a report, you can use the Nz function to replace the empty fields with zeroes on the report.
