Calc'g a 'Banking' Day (2002)

    I have a spreadsheet that I want to open and have today's business day display in a cell. In this case the business day is a "WORKDAY", but if it is 2 PM or after, it is "WORKDAY" + 1. This is a banking application and transactions occurring at 2 PM or after go to the next workday. As an example, 1:30 PM Friday, today, would display 01-02-04. But if opened at 2:30, the date would show 01-05-04. Holidays are already defined and weekends will not count. I am trying to use WORKDAY with an incremental count based on a NOW function, but I can't get it right. What would the correct formula be?

    Why not use something like:

=WORKDAY(INT(now()-14/24),1,HolidayList)

    I need to look up some items to understand the formula, but it seems to work in testing. Thank you.
