I have no problem creating a customized Contact Form, however, when I use the form, the Reminder Time notification line never appears (i.e., the grey line displaying "Follow up by Friday, January 02, 2003, 6:00 PM."). The Reminder still works and pops up in the Notification Box, but it never displays in the Contact Form. Is there a way to make this happen? Also, when I export contacts to a comma-delimited file, the Reminder Time does not go with them. Is there a way to map this data into the export?
