Graph from several sheets (Excel 2000)

I have four years of weather data (daily low and high temps + rainfall). Each year is in a separate Excel (2000) file, each month is on a separate sheet. I would like to graph different combinations of data: for instance, December highs and lows for each year; rainfall for each month of the year; etc. Is this possible? I'm pretty much a novice so if you have an explanation, please make it simple to follow ...
    Thanks for any help!

I think the best way to do this is to combine them into 1 sheet, Include columns for:
    Year
Month/year (I use the first day of month)
    Month
    Full date

You can then use Autofilter/subtotals to get info on years, etc

You could also use a pivot table to get summary info

Creating a chart from all the data, allows seeing it all or by filtering to see only portions (charts will only plot the "visible" data.

The dataset sets pretty large but excels rows can handle about 179 years of daily data (though it might get a little sluggish)

You might also look into access, which (I think) handles larger databases more readily.
