After nearly 24 hours of extreme slow response times and huge packet loss ratio, we managed to pinpoint the exact cause of it and take evasive actions. There shouldn't be any more performance problems from now on.

There was another problem raised during the last day or so regarding the daily digests. They have been suspended for the time being, but, hopefully, they'll be completely restored with the next 24 hours. Again, I think we've identified the problem, we're testing a solution currently and will keep you posted.
