    Remove Duplicates in Excel column? (XP)

    Hi,

    I am trying to get help with a problem.
    Pls. refer to the Excel file attached.

    I need to be able to remove all duplicate entries in the column automatically. How can I do that?

    It should go through the whole column, irrespective of the no. of entries & remove all duplicates. It should handle alphanumeric strings, e.g. email addresses.

    Please help!!!! TIA.

    Use data, filter,advanced filter. Set it to copy to another location and check the unique records box.
