Problem opening message in OWA using Exchange 5.5 (OWA for Exchange 5.5)

I have a user who gets all of their mail through OWA. When opening a message, the message opens in the far right corner and the user needs to drag message to center of screen in order to read it. I am sure there is a setting in which the message will open in a way that the user will not need to drag the window.

    Thanks for your help.

Internet Explorer generally remembers the positions of windows and re-uses the same position the next time. Naturally this can be manipulated with JavaScript or VBScript, so OWA might not be defaulting to IE's behavior. That would actually be my first question. If the user presses Ctrl+N to create a new window, does it open in a better position? How about shift+click on a link, does it open in a better position? If so, I would suspect something about the coding of OWA. Does the user have an extended desktop (wider than the actual screen), either via scrolling or a second monitor?

Has the user Shift-dragged the opened Window to the preferred location?
