    dr. watson usage

I'm trying to use the Dr. Watson uitlity to find out why my work computer crashes about once a day. I'm invoking it via a desktop shortcut. After rebooting from a crash, I'm not finding any log (*.wlg). What am I doing wrong? Is there a good site on using Dr. Watson with W98SE?

Yes, it looks like a useful link. I've printed it out to study in detail. I'm still not finding any "wlg" file when I re-boot, though.

All I can think of is that, because there is a freeze up, it's not possible for the file to be generated. This may be a limitation in the use of this (type of) diagnostic tool - OK if it's just one app that crashes, but not the whole O/S.
