System 32 upon reboot (WEin XP Pro SV-1)

    Howdy,
Whenever I reboot my computer, it displays the folder "system32" and all its contents after rebooting. Why, and can I get around this???
    Thanks...

Actually, I ran msconfig and under startup, the fat32 stuff was checked. I unchecked it and now everything's ok, I ASSume... I'm running in selective startup mode which seems to work for me. I've never messed with the registry before--never.
    Thanks....
