    Named Ranges (XL 2000 SR1)

I have a workbook that contains Named Ranges. I would like all of the named ranges to be global, however, many sheets were imported from other workbooks that contained the same named ranges. So now it seems that I have a Named Range at the sheet level and the workbooks level. I can go in at the sheet level and delete the named ranges one by one, but I would prefer a macro to do the work.

Is there a way to know if a name is sheet level or workbook level using VBA?

    Thanks,

Yes, but instead you should find Jan Karel <!profile=pieterse>pieterse<!/profile>'s Name Manager to be very useful for your problem.
