    How can/do I remove an attachment from an email?

    Yes, as a friend of mine pointed out last night, if you do that it changes the properties of the email - for instance, it now says the email is from you, not the sender - and makes it impossible to find it by searching, etc. whereas it sounds (I haven't tried it myself) as if the other method leaves it otherwise intact.

    I suppose it depends on what's important to you, as to which method you prefer!
