W97 sr2b (ms apps - printer page setup has changed to US LETTER)

Hi - I 'm not sure if this is the correct forum.
We rolled out our new printers & drivers over the network via a batch file when the users logon.
Now whats happening is for all the ms-office applications - when a user goes to print to an existing printer the default page setup (on the printer) is set to US Letter - when it was always A4.

do you think its a registry setting thats been changed due to the roll-out?
what would the registry setting be?
    Any ideas?

    many thanks Diana

In my experience this is not a registry setting but a network setting. Get your network administrator to check the printer setup as this tends to be where the default settings are controlled.

    Hi Andrew

It ended up being a registry setting that was changed when we applied the new printer drivers. for all our previous existing printers the default page setup changed from A4 to US Letter - which effected our end print outs due to all our templates & applications being set to A4.
We amended the registry settings & rolled this out & it worked.

    thanks for your help
    many thanks & regards
    Diana
