If the birth date is in A1, then this formula will give the age in years:

=DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"Y")

    If the start date is in A1 and the end date is in B1, the this formula will give the number of days between them:

=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"D")

    Of course for the number of days, you can simply subtract the two dates from each other and format the cell as general.
