    Home Page HELLp (6.0)

My default home page is always changes to http://t.rack.cc/hpx.php when I restart my computer to recover system resources. I've used regedit to alter ever instance of this I can find, but to no avail. There must be a file/program/utility somewhere that's been placed on my comupter that I'm not aware of that's doing this. I've got Zone Alarm (free edition) running as well as Norton AntiVirus. I've used AdAware to try to locate the problem...all for nothing.

    Any help would be appreciated.
