    Creating Forms (Word 2002)

    I have a form that includes just check boxes.

    I want to be able to bring up the form and click on the box to have it either show a checkmark or not show a checkmark.

    I went to the help files and could not find any simple explanation for this process.

    Do you mean check boxes inserted from the Forms toolbar? If so, you must protect the document for forms before you can actually use them - there is a "Protect document" button on the Forms toolbar for this (it has a padlock as icon.) If not, how did you create the check boxes?
