Workbook Compare (XL 97 and >)

Has anyone written any VBA code or what ever that would compare two workbooks to each other?

Stuff about having the same worksheet number, the worksheets are the same name, and possibly comparing cells in each worksheet.

    You know nothing fancy.

I knew someone had written something to do what I am looking for.

Chip's site and there are a lot others are one of the best.
