    Conditional graph labels (Excel 2002)

I have a sheet with 3 columns: Labels, Values, and Attributes. I can build a graph with bars whose height is dependent on Values, labelled with Labels OK. However, I would like to change the characteristics of each bar's Label (or bar) depending on that bar's Attribute. For example, make the label (or bar) red if the attribute is <0. Any suggestions? Does Excel 2003 offer any such magic?

You can change the label text but not the attribute via formulas. To change the attribute would require having VB Code do it and having the code run whenever you wanted it updated.
