Wor Week in Outlook 2003 (Office 2003)

Outlook 2003 allows you to display the work week, using a week number. Under the Tools menu there is an option to change the starting day for the first work week of the year. However, the only options offered are 1st January, the first full week in January, or the first four day week in January.

Is there any way to make Outlook start week numbering at a different time of year? For example, can it be set to the beginning of the academic year or the beginning of the tax year, which in many countries are not 1st January. In the UK the tax year begins in April, while the academic year begins in September/October. At present it looks as if Outlook assumes that everybody wants their weeks numbered from January.

Not too much help here, but I tried playing with the registry settings to see if I could make any changes, no go (the settings were there, but placing a higher # didn't change the numbering scheme). Doesn't seem like an outrageous request, but doesn't look hopeful. Are there 3rd party Academic year calendars that work with Outlook?
