Warning message for Automatic Send (Outlook 2000 SP-3)

My Excel macro automatically sends a spreadsheet as an e-mail attachment. This works fine, but I'm getting the message warning me "A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?" I understand the purpose of the message but I don't need it here.
It appears to be prompted by Outlook, not Excel, because "DisplayAlerts = false" has no effect. Is there any way to progammatically avoid this message or to respond to it?
I'm operating in a Windows 2000, Exchange Server shop.
    Thanks for any input.

It's the Outlook Security Guard, not Excel. See <!post=this,321030>this<!/post> thread, and the parent threads referenced in it.

I suspected this was the problem, but could not put a name to it never mind find a solution.
One of the solutions will work for me, I'm sure.
    Thanks for your help.
