What do you mean by "expanding?" There was an ActiveX control warning when I loaded the page and I disabled whatever that was, so maybe the fact that I don't see anything expanding is related to that?

For some reason the text of the article is hyperlinked to http://www.canadiangrassroots.ca/sections....&artid=2582, when only the link at the top should be that way.
I don't know anything about an ActiveX control...
Looks fine to me. Make sure to Shift+Refresh IE to flush any old version that is cached on your system.
(If the problem is inside Word, you might want to use a different editor.)
I checked the Web page on several different computers. On each one, the entire text of the article is hyperlinked. You don't see this?

Does anyone know how to fix the hyperlink mess at http://students.hamilton.edu/2005/jrick/pipes.htm? I've spent 15 minutes trying within Word, but nothing will prevent the links from expanding. Thanks.
I don't know why, but everything seems to be fine now. Very strange. Thanks for your help.
