    Reports (1.12)

I have a report in my database which is pulling off of one of my tables. I was wondering if there is a way to have the header of the report printed on each page when I go to print the report. Thanks.

In Design View, you will see that a report has a Report Header and a Page Header.

The Report Header is printed just once, the Page Header on every page. So all you have to do is move the text you want on each page to the Page Header.

First hold the mouse on the Dividing Line between Page Header and Detail, (It will become a doulbe ended vertical arrow) and drag down to open up the Page Header and make some space for the text. Then you can just drag text from the Report Header to the Page Header. You would then want to close up the Report Header to avoid having blank space at the top.

What version is represented by 1.12? There was no such version of Access, so it would help to know what you're referring to.
