    Programmatically calling Macro Recorder (2000/XP/2003)

Does anyone know whether it's possible to invoke the Macro Recorder from VBA and, if so, how?

    Thanks...

I don't think this is possible, it would utterly confuse the VBA interpreter. An attempt to display the Record Macro dialog from a macro results - understandably - in an error message "This method or property is not available because a macro is currently running."

Thanks Hans. Just for the heck of it, I did try to display the Macro Recorder dialog from with a VB project (after creating a Word.Application instance). The dialog successfully displayed, but when I called .Execute, nothing seemed to happen.
