    Goto VB (alt-F11)
    In Immediate window (ctrl-g)
    Enter
    Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Reset

Also do you have any macros that are creating a new commandbar as a menubar? Excel allows only 1 menubar at a time.

    An additional thought:
You might try Jan Karel <!profile=pieterse>pieterse<!/profile>'s Star <post#=186893>post 186893</post#> to see if you have any errant addins which are taking over the toolbar.
