Mail Merge with Text File (Word 2002)

I need to merge this text file (See Attachment) with my form. I have attached the text file. How do I merge it with my form? Not sure how to e-mail two attachments. I will reply to my own posting with another attachment which will be my form.

I have edited the attachment to remove personal information, leaving just the header and one sanitised line of data. Please take care not to publish other people's personal data. StuartR.

Based on your original data, your second record had a "mismatched double quotation mark" so you were probably only getting the first record in the merge. If you look carefully at the second record you should be able to spot the problem in O"Mara Drive which should have read O'Mara Drive. This is a problem due to the comma separated format you used for your data source.

If you cure that problem you should find that the merge will work happily.

One of our moderators has sanitised your data file as we don't want to publish anyone's personal data here.
