    Go to Records (2000)

    Hello on a form I have a list box, this list box displays just the ID for appointments due today (bound to query), how can I click on a list entry so that the full details for that appointment appear in my form. The forms record source is a table (not the quey). I have tried playing around with this coding but to no avail: Private Sub list4_Click()
    sDocName = "me."
    sLinkCriteria = "me.[id]=" & "'" & Me![list] & "'"

    DoCmd.GoToRecord sDocName, , , sLinkCriteria
    End Sub

    thanks Darren.

    The easiest way is to create a new list box using the List Box Wizard, and select the third option. Make sure that the "Wizard" button on the Toolbox is "down" before you put the list box on the form.

    Thanks Hans, failing memory, I remember you telling me of this technique some time back.

    Thanks
