MIcrosoft Clip Gallery- OPening MMC Files (98)

I am trying to use an animated gif that I downloaded from Microsoft clip gallery on my web site. When I try to follow the file path and find this particular clip, I see an mmc file. How do I open an mmc file so I can use the clips inside it? I appreciate any help you can give me.

This is a multi media catalog file (clipart). I found the extension here, but didn't find any information about opening it.

What program are you using to write your HTML code for this web page?

If it is NOT Frontpage or some other MS product you may not be able to use it.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
