Number of lines in autopreview (2000)

I want to display all the lines of body text that autopreview shows. My main requirement is for the result page from advanced find. It currently doesn't show all lines - it appears to show a fixed number of characters? The problem is evident on both the screen and when printing (I mainly need it for printing).
What's the easiest way to get all the text to display?
    Thanks for your help

<P ID="edit" class=small>(Edited by JohnBF on 02-Feb-04 16:56. )</P>Do you want AutoPreview to show the complete body text, or what? I'm not aware that you can vary the number of lines in Autopreview in OL2000, unless there is a registry tweak. To see the entire message, just double click the autopreview window for that message. The total number of lines that will display when the message is open is still limited to your display settings and monitor size, bu the scroll bar in message view permits you to scroll to the end of the message.

I'm further confused because AutoPreview is not available in the Advanced Find Window in my installation of OL2000.

Finally I'm confused because when I select an Autopreview message and hit the Print Icon, the entire message prints out. Is that not the case for you?

Afterthought; you might want to try the PreviewPane instead of AutoPreview. Both are under the View menu. PreviewPane size can be increased by dragging the divider, between the PreviewPane and the listing of messages, up. Also, Preview Pane comes with a scroll bar to scroll the message text.

    Peter,

    1. I don't know if or how this can be done. (Since it is called 'Preview' it would seem unlikely, but I learn something surprising every day.) I hope someone else can help you on this.
    2. I stand corrected! Rarely use Calendar in table view, and not with AutoPreview, meself.
    3. If I select multiple items in this View, right click, select Print, select Memo Style, I get the complete text of all selected appointments printing contigously on as many pages as required. Is that what you are looking for?

For future reference, <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> Irfanview is preferred by many Loungers for tweaking and shrinking graphic attachments.

    1. Yes, I want Autopreview to show all the body text, without opening the appointment.
    2. See attachment for Autopreview in OL2000.
    3. For printing, I mean printing from advanced find (which lists all the messages that match my criteria). In this case, as when viewing on screen, only the first few lines of the item show. I want to see all the body, with multiple items printing per page. See attachment.
(sorry about crappy quality - this was the best I could do in 100K. But you can still see what I'm talking about)

    1. I don't think it's possible when viewing autopreview on the screen.
    2.
    3. Fantastic! Yes, that's exactly what I want. Interesting point, this feature of printing multiple memos on one page is only available when the message format type is plain text or RTF. If it's HTML, this feature is disabled.
    4. I've posted a new question on customising the Memo Style.
