    journal header

I am using Outlook 98. When I print out a journal entry the page heads up with my name at top LHS and below it the word UNKNOWN above a heavy line then my journal note details in format as viewed on screen. How do I remove this header "UNKNOWN"
PS I do not use Outlook for email

    Re: journal header

you can't remove the bold one. you can remove the smaller one. i think unknown is your mailbox name, mine had my name twice, but since you don't have it setup for mail, it used unknowm instead.

I've solved the problem! Thankyou MaryJ for the clue. I established an email profile, and the UNKNOWN was replaced by my name. I then deleted the duplicated name in the page setup. Excellent!
