Upgrade Security Problems (2003)

I'm getting calls from people who are moving their custom Access Apps into Access 2003 - and running into security problems. The messages refer to needing Microsoft Jet 4.0. I don't have 2003, so I don't have personal experience with the problems - YET. Can someone tell me if this is to be expected and what's happening? I may have too little information to frame a reasonable question, but I thought I'd try.
Thanks.

Yes, this is to be expected AFAIK on every database opened in Access 2003 - even if Jet 4.0 is installed. (I haven't tested with MDEs.) It seems to be Microsoft's latest idea of security check. The End User has to click their way through - against the defaults - in order to load the database. Once you're in, however, there is no further flak. It just makes it a every time you load the DB. HTH

If you're running Access 2000 or above, Jet 4 *has* to be installed because that's the version they use.

What it actually asks for is Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 - and my response should be read with that in mind.
