    Public Folders and Outlook 2003

We are using Exchange 2000 SP2.
We have installed Office 2003 onto a couple of PCs. Using Outlook 2003 I am unable to view Public Folders to which I have permission, even those for which I am the owner. I can view the folders if I use Outlook 2002 or OWA.
The message I get in Outlook 2003 is Unable to display the folder. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object. Clearly this message is not accurate.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

David, If this was an Exchange server migration, have you read HOW TO: Prevent Permissions Problems When You Migrate Public Folders to Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003? Also, how about You Cannot Create a New Public Folder in Exchange 2000 Server or in Exchange Server 2003 - this mentions synchronization at the end even though the article talks about creation of folders.
