    VBA for Project (2000/SR1)

    What is the best reference on VBA programming for Project that you have found? I would really appreciate any assistance that you can offer.

    Thanks,
    Caroline

    Re: VBA for Project (2000/SR1)

    Most books offer decent amounts of code for review. I typically fall back on the Special Edition Using Project 2000 by Pyron for examples. However, regarding VBA, I find the Microsoft Knowledgebase most helpful to get samples of code or ideas on what to do.

    Try this link: http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=fh;[ln];kbhowto

    Re: VBA for Project (2000/SR1)

    I have the Pyron book but had forgotten about it. I checked out the MS Knowledgebase this weekend and it has some good stuff!

    Next question, though, is where can I find explanations of errors? I've looked through the VBA for Project 98 Training information on www.mvps.org but still can't find an explanation. Specific error is:

    Run-time error '1004';
    The value is not valid
    The field contains "#ERROR"

    Thanks,
    Caroline
