Blinking control in report? (Access 2000)

Perhaps my question is not exactly an Access question, but may somebody might give me an answer. i have a very important control on my report, called "Stockflow" and in case the goods in the warehouse do not correspond to the documents i want to have some special effect, either voise, or blinking, or anything of the kind. My point is to draw as much attention as possible to the user that something is wrong. I will be grateful for any suggestions in this respect. I use Access 2000

Blinking controls on a report are not possible.
What you can do, is check the value of stockflow and open a messagebox and even play some music.

Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
If Me.Stockflow = "something" Then
MsgBox "Stockflow is not what it must be", vbOKOnly
Shell "C:Program FilesWindowswmplayer.exe c:windowsmediaLOGOFF.WAV", _
vbMinimizedNoFocus
End If
End Sub

Access does not have blinking controls, and certainly not on a report (sorry, I wrote form earlier - didn't read the question close enough)

You can use conditional formatting: select the control, then point to Format | Conditional Formatting... You can specify a condition for the field value, or in the form of an expression that may involve other fields. And you can specify the font color and background color, as well as the bold, italic and underline settings for the control. You could make the font bold and red, for instance, or give the control a red background (fill) color.

In addition to my previous post, I attache a little mdb where you can see how you can simulate a blinking button on a form.
Pay attention that there is a text control under the command button.
