100 Step Gradations in Excel? (XP)

    Hello,

The screenshot shows how the generated graph from the table has the Y-Scale with 1000 per gradation. How can I specify what the gradation should be? E.g. how can I set that to 100?

    Bob.

Double click the value (Y) axis. In the Scale tab of the Format Axis dialog, set the Major unit to 100, or whatever value you prefer.

In general: if you want to change a property of something in a chart, double click the part you want to modify. A "Format ..." dialog will appear, with several tabs in which you can specify properties. Experiment!
