Print or Save List of Custom Fields (2000/SR1)

I know that in Project 2000, the Organizer has a tab for Fields that will display a list of custom fields. However, I need to print this list (or better yet, save it as a text file). Any ideas on how to do this?

    Thanks,
    Caroline

I am sure there is an easier way to do this but you could use MS Access to connect to project via ODBC, copy out all of the MS Project Tables, and get to the custom fields this way to save them as a text file.

I will post back if I can think of an easier way (there must be...)

... another way to do this is to select File, Save As, Text, and then create a new Task mapping table. Select all of the custom fields you want to output and then run the map to output the data. Don't forget to save the map so you can use it again without the need to set it up again.

    Caroline:

As an alternative to Gary's suggestions, you could create a table consisting of your custom fields and print that. Or, indeed, create a report from said table.
