    Shading (XP)

I've attached the document I'm having a problem with. No problem with a new document - just this one. The shading in Column G won't print and can't be seen in print preview. Help!

I don't see any shading in Col g in any of the sheets: I don't see any shading whatsoever and it seems to print preview what I would expect.

Care to elaborate on the problem?

Okay - busted again - apparently I've lost my mind - again. Let's try this attachment one more time! Sorry.

    File - page setup - sheet(tab) - print (section)
You have Black and white checked so it will not show shades of gray (only B&W)
Uncheck it and the shading shows

PS. I frequently lose my mind, but unfortunately, it comes back again <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

Duh . . . check everything in "options" - didn't think about page setup - I didn't make this spreadsheet - helping a friend. Sorry for the bother.

Not a bother. It is generally the "little things" that exasperate more than anything.
