I have a client creating an Outlook form and she needs more than the 6 pages that are initially available. I know how to hide/display and rename the pages but can't find something that will add additional pages. I'm guessing it is either not possible or hidden somewhere.

I found a link on the MS site that talked about using the "compose" and "read" pages to simulate more forms but I'm not sure if that will work for the client.

Can anyone confirm if it is possible to add additional pages to a form and, if so, how?
