Default Flag time (Outlook 2000 SP-3)

Does anyone know of a way to change the default time on Flags. My default time is set to 5pm - and to date I've just been changing it manually, but it would be nice to not have to do that EVERY time. Thanks.

Thank you for responding to this and pointing me in a direction.

This is one of those things where I wonder what Microsoft was thinking when they designed it. Do they really think that the best time to remind someone to follow up on something is when they are walking out the door for the day? Not the best design logic, I don't think. Especially when they could have easily made it like the Calendar reminder where you set your own default Reminder time.

Oh well - since I don't want to change my End of Work day time, I will continue to manually change it. Thanks again - Sat.

Heartily agree with you. Another Outlook Annoyance. This one is as silly as setting the Calendar default for an All Day Event to "Free" instead of "Busy".

Yeah - "I've got XYZ planned for the whole day. But I'm free"
