OK why does the Outlook command, feature, Scheduled Send/Receive not wait until the current instance of it has finished.

It seems that if you set the Scheduled Send and Receive to happen every 10 minutes, and if the session takes 15 minutes to finish, you will get a second instance of your accounts 5 minutes before it finishes, and then a second one 10 minutes later, and so on.

can't it be set such that it will wait 10 minutes after the last Scheduled Send and Receive request has finished no matter how long it takes to finish?

Thanks any way.
